On par with all other unpowered external hard drives. Nothing really sets it apart from others that I've used. So far hasn't failed on me; only had it for a few weeks though. Nice to have it in Blue to tell it apart from my wife's. :)
As for unpowered hard drives in general, they're really nice. I use them for backup and to play videos and music on my Xbox 360. 500Gb will be really nice, if i ever manage to fill it up.
