This passport is great. Very small, I keep in my computer bag. The only thing I don't like, when you install for the first time it tries to install backup software. I'd rather it give me the choice to be just a mass storage or use their software. I did unistall their software and now use it as a mass storage and use my own backup software. Also, if you have an older pc, the USB port may not be powerful enough to run it. You'll need a "Y" USB cable that provides more power. I think the unit should ship with a "Y" usb cable. Even with this, I like having the passport.
