I am satisfied with My Passport Essential 500gb, it work like any other size ext. hard drive except that it have more space. I over grown my 320gb. I think it should have came with a case for protection. I would have paid a little more with a case rather than buy something that's not original. However, if you get the Elite, it comes with a case. What are they thinking, give us a choice but then it comes with a price and time wasted. I wonder why WD have to nick and dime us.
