I'm very happy with My Passport. I recently upgraded the memory on my computer and re-install my operating system so that I could install some design software. I purchased this product in order to back-up my data before doing this. I should've bought this a long time ago. Thank God my computer never crashed before otherwise I would've lost everything. Now, I feel safe knowing that I have all my pics and important docs on this external hard drive back-up. Dell and other computer manufacturers should offer one of these when they sell a new system - it would be a great customer service extra incentive to purchase their product if they did !! Also, I like the small size of the hard drive.
