The Western Digital My Passport 320 gig is just what I needed for basic backing up of my work and personal files. I had been procrastinating backing up for many years and even lost a hard drive once. Now, I'm protected! It was a simple plug-in, and then I just dragged files onto the new hard drive. I tried to install the software to no avail. When I called the help-line they were very friendly, and convinced me not to install it, but rather just drag my files into it. This is probably a good idea so that I don't use more hard disk space. Anyway, I think the software has a glitch. Oh and finally, the copying process is a bit slow. It ran for like 3-4 hours to get all of my stuff from 2 computers on there, but now I am done with the heavy copying!! Also, the cute orange design is a big plus for me.
