The WD Sync 320GB Passport External Hard Drive is a good product and does what it is advertised to do. The only issue I had was during installation and initial use of the product. The install and use instructions that came with the product were very limited. I had to call tech support for help. I was helped, but it took several calls to get up and running. And shortly thereafter, my anti-virus protection software (McAfee) started recognizing the WD Sync startup file as a trojan virus and began deleting it over and over. I think McAfee has corrected this issue.
