The item was shipped on time and I got what I ordered. This is my first hard drive and I haven't used it frequently. During the first time use, the drive starts automatically upon connecting to the USB port. There is softwares for system backup and syndronization. They are pretty useless to me as I usually backup my files manually. I was wondering if I can delete those and re-format the drive but in the end I was concerned that I might also delete the drivers.
