My Dad and I both bought this product (separately) after reading the Amazon reviews on this and the Iomega. The drive itself is fine but it comes with no instructions as to how to use the software. Now usually that means its all a bit of a no-brainer, but not in this case. I still can't get the software to run and therefore am backing up via Norton (or you can do a copy and paste job). Dad got the software to run (each time you want to run the backup you proceed as if you are going to reinstall the software) but was disappointed with the speed and cumbersome process.
