I am NOT fully satisfied with this product.
I had high expectations from WD but encountered some issues like
1- It is very slow transfer rate speed
2- USB cable is very short
3- HD is not so user friendly and drive is not recognized easily and user instructions does not answer all your issues
4- WD can and needs to do a better job if it wants to be a leader in this segment
BUT on the other hand, there are some positives
1- i am happy with the cost price
