The hard drive works well, keeps things backed up. The sync feature doesn't seem to work with my Windows Vista computer, which is odd (but could just be one of those Vista problems everyone complains about), but not a huge problem since I tend to manually back things up all the time anyway. And it goes in and out of recognition by the only mac that I've hooked it up to. But as far as my own computer goes, it works well, and works every time.
