This is an easy to use harddrive that always works (whereas Firelite drives i've had seem to have problems either writing or powering up using a laptop USB port). The only thing i'll add to the many reviews is that this harddrive came with a USB power cable which did not work on my Dell D600 laptop (fairly middle of the line laptop). i called customer service and asked about how to work around this, and they said they have a cable that they'd send out. A week or so later, i got the box, free shipping, no hassles, and it was a USB power cable that used 2 USB ports to power the harddrive but now works perfectly.
