First off I know that hard drives are never as large as they say they are, case in point my 320gb hard drive is only 298 gb, where'd the 20 gbs go!
But on the flip side its still more than I need and the price was great, as well as the size and the easy set up.
The other major flaw is the software, it comes on the drive, but claimed I didn't have Active X 9.0+ (I have installed 10) and so wouldn't install, and the auto-backup software on the drive took 30 min to start up, and still didn't start. So long story short I reformatted the drive and will never use WD software.
